Job Description:
1) Conduct necessary research, studies and preparations to ensure qualitative delivery of the training/consulting program as follows:
a. Carrying out research and data collection to understand the organisation;
b. Conducting analysis;
c. Interviewing client's employees, management team and other stakeholders;
d. Running focus groups and facilitating workshops;
e. Identifying issues and forming hypotheses and solutions

f. Preparing business proposals/presentations

2) Prepare _(relevant material such as notes, slides, reports and other supporting material)_ and deliver the specified training or consulting projects as and when required.

3) Managing projects and programmes;
a. Leading and managing those within the team

b. Liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions

c. Presenting findings and recommendations to clients;
d. Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out;
4) Perform and comply with the requisite methodologies, practices, and standards currently in place when involving in such programs.

5) Maintain and develop new business relationship, generate, and negotiate new income for Company

7) Flexible Team Player - You must be a team-oriented with proven ability to multi-task and willingness to react quickly to change as require based on business requirement.

8) Team-oriented but self-motivated and an independent person to able to mange your own project training with mínimal supervision

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, business or a similar area
- 2-5 years or above working experience in corporate training and talent management related role.
- Train-The-Trainer Certification (HRDCorp) or in any training related shall be added-advantage.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people on cross-functionally, sharing ideas and learning maps.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- corporate training and talent management: 2 years (required)

License/Certification:

- TTT Certification form HRD Corp (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
