Our company is a global recruitment service provider. We are currently seeking for a Mandarin speaking new business developer to come onboard with the objective of identifying and securing clients in need of our HR and recruitment services.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out online market research and identifying new clients in need of our service.
- Explaining our services to prospects and answer any questions from clients.
- Negotiating contract terms and signing service agreement.

**Essential Requirements**:

- **Must be fluent in Chinese Mandarin**:

- both in speaking and reading.
- Previous experience in a business development role - ideally with some remote based sales or recruitment background.
- Out-going personality and is able to build rapport quickly with new contacts.
- Resilient and is not afraid of overcoming rejections.
- Computer literate and have your own PC/Laptop.
