ob Position: Project Manager Company Background: Construction Office: Boon Lay Way, Singapore Working Hours: 830am ~ 530pm (Mon ~ Fri), 830am ~ 1230pm (Sat) Salary Range : Gross Salary $ 6,000 ~ $ 9,000 Benefit: will be disclose in the interview session **Job Requirement**: 1.6-10 years of relevant working experience in geo-technical scope; 2.Required to have experience in Deep Soil Mixing projects/works; 3.Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power-point); 4.Professional Degree in Civil or Geo-Technical Engineering; 5.Must possess a valid Construction Safety Course For Project Manager Certificate. 6. Good Leadership and decision-making skills based on analytical thinking, knowing the details and thinking end-to-end. 7.Able to have prompt, open and direct communications to manage complex and diverse projects, teams and conditions, with conflict/ dispute resolution skills, 8.Accountable, committed, proactive with initiative and sense of urgency and willing to get "hands dirty" to resolve issues. 9.Has a keen sense of cost consciousness to maximize value for the company. - Accountable for delivering the Project within the approved cost and budget. - Accountable for all communication related to the project with internal and external stakeholders. Drives the collaboration with the other functions for a successful delivery of the project - Ensures there is a proper taking-over of the project from the Tender stage. - Responsible to be well versed with the Contracts T&C to ensure strict adherence to the conditions of the contract. Knows when to follow-up with the VO process. - Responsible to for-see project risk and take steps to propose and implement mitigation measures. - Accountable for the performance and productivity of the project. Responsible to plan and schedule project activities and resource allocation (e.g. machines, material and manpower, Project Org Chart) to meet project objectives. - Accountable to ensure progress claims are submitted in a timely fashion with the relevant documents, and follows up to ensure collection within contract period - Responsible to collect Certificate of Practicable Completion and Statement of Final Accounts after completion of projects - Responsible to adhere to the applicable Procure-to-Pay Process (e.g. vendor and subcontractor selection, site PO etc ) - Accountable to submit accurate Project Finance Reports and Work Related reports (e.g. Work Progress, MS, RA, SWP, Equipment reports, weekly report, monthly provision, site cash etc ) in a timely fashion - Responsible to ensure a proper hand-back process to BD with lessons learnt identified - Leads and promotes a strong HSEQ Culture at the project site. Accountable to ensure HSEQ compliance i.e. according to country, client and company requirements. - Accountable to ensure global HSEQ programs and initiatives are implemented at project site - Develops direct reports through engagement, coaching and performance feedback - Ensure full compliance to companies HR policies (e.g. Ethics, COBC, Site discipline, OT) - Must be willing to work in construction sites/ outdoors environment and be exposed to different weather conditions. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: RM18,000.00 - RM27,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Application Question(s): - Do you able to have prompt, open and direct communications to manage complex and diverse projects, teams and conditions, with conflict/ dispute resolution skills? **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - geo-technical scope: 6 years (required)
