To assist with guest luggage during check in and check out process.
- To be aware of the hotel availability at all times and selling rates for the day.
- To welcome all guests to our Hotel with a smile, acknowledging them for the duration of their stay and taking a genuine interest in them.
- To be totally familiar with all facilities, functions and special events in the Hotel on a daily basis, assisting guests with any inquiries.
- To move guest luggage to and from their rooms in a prompt, safe manner To update all Guest Profiles.
- To physically execute guest room changes ensuring the appropriate documentation is completed and distributed.
- To be totally familiar with all features of our guest rooms, taking the time to explain them fully to guests when escorting them to their room.
- To accept and deliver messages, faxes and parcels within the hotel for both hotel guests and hotel Team Members.
- To correctly label and securely store any luggage and/or other items as requested by guests in the storage areas.
- To be fully conversant with all local, city and regional tourist services inclusive of tours, points of interest, restaurants, special events, transportation and other Concierge Services that guests expect of our Hotel.
- To assist the Door Attendant whenever necessary with the efficient management and cleanliness of the Hotel driveway and entrance.
- To responsibly undertake the role of Door Attendant in his/her absence as requested.
- To take a personal interest in the presentation and first impression of the Hotel Driveway, ensuring at all times it’s appearance is of the highest possible standard befitting the Hotel’s reputation for service excellence.
- To distribute all newspapers within the hotel as appropriate, paying attention to guest requirements and forwarding such information to Reception.
- This position includes night shift work as well as early and late shifts on a rotating basis.
- Any other duties assigned by Front Office Management.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
