**What you can expect from The Role**:

- Co-create key recruitment and talent agenda priorities with Malaysia's Human Resource Leadership Team (HRLT)
- Lead the development of a strategic approach to talent acquisition, ensuring diversity and inclusion are embedded in all talent strategies
- Strategic workforce planning across business units in building predictive insight on current vacancies and development pipelining talent for future opportunities
- Translate insights from different data points to guide the business on its talent strategy and wider business goals
- Advocates, engage and inspire external talent about Unilever as an ideal employer of choice
- Unlocking internal opportunities for development; Co-piloting and facilitating internal talent mobility and succession plans
- Act as a thought leader, remaining abreast of current and emerging talent related issues and trends
- Strategic yet innovative thought leader who can facilitate the transition from Full Time Employment (FTE) to Skill-based recruiting and accelerate Unilever’s Future of Work - Gig economy

**Does this sound like You?**:

- We are looking for someone with agility as a talent catalyst. They must have a strong sense of purpose and are passionate about leading from within to bring out the best in others
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking System (e.g. Workday) in driving process excellence, innovation and data integrity
- Demonstrable recruitment experience ideally within an in-house matrix environment. Those with RPO (Recruitment Process Outsource) capacity or agency background will also be considered
- Confident communicator with a persuasive, credible and empathic personal style
- Identifying areas of process improvement, service enhancement, related strategic projects, and opportunities to increase the scope of the service
- Able to understand the businesses talent needs and provide analytical/commentary insight to equip the business in onboarding future fit talent to fuel business growth
