Marketing & Sponsorship Manager

The Marketing & Sponsorship Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, securing sponsorships, and managing brand partnerships for concerts, festivals, and live events. This role combines creative marketing, commercial negotiation, and relationship management to drive ticket sales, brand exposure, and event profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Promotions
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for concerts and events (digital, social media, PR, OOH, influencer, and partnership channels).
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient use of promotional spend.
- Oversee the creation of all marketing materials including key visuals, digital assets, video content, and press materials.
- Coordinate with media partners, PR agencies, and ticketing platforms to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Track marketing analytics and provide regular performance reports on ticket sales, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
Sponsorship & Partnerships
- Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorships from relevant brands, corporations, and agencies.
- Develop attractive sponsorship decks, proposals, and event packages tailored to potential partners.
- Manage all sponsor relationships, ensuring contractual deliverables (branding, activations, hospitality, digital exposure, etc.) are fulfilled.
- Collaborate with sponsors to create impactful on-site and digital activations that align with both brand and event objectives.
- Build long-term partnerships with key sponsors and industry stakeholders.
Public Relations & Branding
- Work closely with PR teams to ensure consistent messaging and media exposure pre

- Strengthen the brand identity of the event or promoter through creative storytelling and community engagement.
- Manage KOL/influencer collaborations and local ambassador programs to boost event visibility.
Ticketing & Sales Support
- Collaborate with ticketing partners to develop pricing strategies, presale campaigns, and promotional bundles.
- Monitor ticket sales trends and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event marketing, sponsorship, or brand management (entertainment or live events preferred).
- Proven record of securing sponsorship deals or managing brand partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and audience analytics.
- Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced live event environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
