**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue insurance quotations, cover notes, and policy documents.
- Coordinate with insurance companies/agents to ensure timely processing of policies and claims.
- Update and maintain accurate client records and insurance databases.
- Follow up with clients for necessary documents, payments, and renewals.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance coverage, terms, and procedures.
- Generate monthly insurance reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Liaise with finance department for premium collections and disbursements.
- Support customer service and other departments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an insurance-related role or administrative support.
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
- Good knowledge of general insurance processes (motor, non-motor, takaful, etc.).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Work Location: In person
