_**Requirements**:_
- Required language(s)**:English, Mandarin, Cantonese (as you may need to liaise with Mandarin or Cantonese speaking customers)**:

- **Fresh graduates welcome. 1-2 Year(s)** of working experience in the related field is required for this position is an advantage.
- **Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.**:

- Preferably Entry Level or Junior specialized in E-commerce or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill in **English, Mandarin, Cantonese**.
- Excellent command of writing English.
- Good in teamwork, organizational skills and administration.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and preferably based in Selangor.
- **Job Description & Responsibilities**:_
- Manage marketplaces including sales and account performance.
- Handle daily marketplace operation, include shipping, order processing, customer service.
- Answer basic customer services regarding sale, shipping and other questions.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
- Handle data and file processing.
- Good understanding in Excel.
- Understand how to priorities duties given and meet criterial deadlines.

- 5 working days (Work From Home) T&C apply
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
