**TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE**
JOB PRINCIPLE
Responsible to overall cycle of recruitment process and ensuring the personal files are updated and data recorded in the HRMS timely and accurately. Administer all foreign workers related matters and ensure compliance of regulatory requirements.
JOB PURPOSE
- Conduct and plan onboarding program for new employee and to ensure the compliance of requirements prior the employee joining the department.
- Responsible to ensure completion of personal file documentation and to key in the data in the HRMS system timely and accurately.
- Administration of foreign workers under manpower agency and compliance matters such as Permit, Passport, FOMEMA. and other related documents are ready accessible.
- To execute staff confirmation process without overlapping their probationary/ contract period.
- Review and update HR related forms and documents.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 2 - 4 years of job experience in related field. (Manufacturing sector is highly preferred)
- Good command and written communication skills in Malay & English language.
- Good knowledge in HR functions esp talent acquisition. Up to date with the current HR's compliance.
- Able to demonstrate leadership, problem-solving and have a business-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and independent.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
