Our client is a leading automotive technology company and Southeast Asia's largest online used car marketplace. Founded in 2015, they have grown rapidly by offering a full digital ecosystem for vehicle transactions, including buying, selling, financing, insurance, and after-sales services.
In Malaysia, our client originally operated under a different brand name and became a key player in the digital used car industry since its launch in 2018. The platform gained traction for streamlining the car ownership journey through innovative solutions such as AI-powered pricing tools, digital inspections, and end-to-end customer services.

About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to lead our regional hiring strategy and build our employer brand across multiple markets. This role will play a critical part in ensuring we attract, engage, and retain the best talent to drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (TA) :
- Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies across the region, ensuring high-quality and timely hires.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and build strong pipelines.
- Enhance candidate experience and champion DEI hiring initiatives.
- Optimize recruitment channels, tools, and vendor management.
Employer Branding (EB) :
- Design and execute employer branding campaigns that showcase our Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
- Boost our online presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, career sites & more.
- Partner with Marketing & Communications to deliver engaging brand content.
- Build strong connections with universities, professional networks & industry groups.
- Represent the company at career fairs and employer branding events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, including 3–5 years in a regional leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing recruitment strategies and driving employer branding initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of regional labor markets and the ability to navigate cultural nuances effectively.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to support regional coverage across Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.
