**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Responsible for a wide range of administrative and accounting tasks to support the daily operations of student hostels and guest accommodations. Responsibilities include handling company licenses, managing tenancy agreements, overseeing utility accounts, and maintaining accurate financial and tenant records. The role ensures that all administrative and accounting matters are properly documented, processed, and followed up in a timely manner.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPOSIBILITIES**:
**1.** **Administrative**:

- Assist in the daily operation of billing accounts, including processing invoices, reconciling account balances, and maintaining an accurate record of outstanding debts.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the store’s financial operations, including data entry.
- Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accurate tracking of stocks levels, purchase orders, and delivery order.
- Prepare accurate invoices, reconciling payments with accounts.
- Prepare and manage tenancy agreements for student tenants/guests, ensuring all documents are complete and up to date.

**2. Accounting Support**:

- Manage account receivable duties.
- Maintain basic accounting records, filing, and data entry.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports for management (e.g. rental income, outstanding payments).

**3.** **Office Management & Maintenance Support**:

- Provide daily administrative support to sales & marketing teams with various administrative tasks.
- Prepare and present reports to weekly and monthly meetings.
- Maintain accurate meeting minutes.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or responsibilities assigned by management to support operational needs.

The Admin cum Accounts Officer must possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. The role requires the ability to perform well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and handle challenging situations calmly and effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, as well as a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, is essential.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong administrative skills are welcome to apply.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
