**Responsibilities**:
**Team Setup and Leadership**:
- Lead the setup and management of the business support and customer service team.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure a high level of service excellence.
**Customer Service Excellence**:
- Ensure timely and effective handling of customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Implement and maintain customer service standards and best practices.
**Business Support**:
- Provide operational support to various business units within the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
**Ad Hoc Marketing and Event Support**:
- Assist the business development team with ad hoc marketing activities.
- Provide support in planning and executing events and promotional activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service and operations management.
**Key Skills**:
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Marketing and event planning experience is a plus.
**Requirements**:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Knowledge of CRM and customer service software.
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
