DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationMalaysia - Kuala LumpurThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Perform daily sampling tasks for audit purposes.
- Monitor, report, data analysis, feedback problems & handle necessary escalation and weekly feedback on moderation quality
- Track and monitor quality related metrics and initiate plans for corrective actions.
- Provide feedback and analysis on Policy updates to identify areas of improvement and potential gaps.
- Cooperate with moderation teams and cross-functional teams to ensure the moderation quality is up to standard.
- Participate in and host weekly calibration sessions with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment on policy and process.
- Execute the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.
- Review and control the execution of standard processes across Quality, Training & Policy.
- Work on ad-hoc projects as requested by leader

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Experience in QA of category labeling tasks on social media platforms and/or QA of social media / livestream content moderation
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in QA or Training team, planning, or strategy role, experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Demonstrates complex problem solving skills.
