What you'll be doing:

  • Perform functional and non-functional testing for platform products and related projects.
  • Understand product requirements and independently prepare test plans and test strategies.
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and procedures to identify and mitigate potential issues
  • Conducting regular inspections and tests to ensure products and services meet defined quality standards
  • Analysing data and generating detailed reports to track quality metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Use SQL to perform CRUD operations on databases.
  • Develop performance test plans, create performance testing scripts, and execute performance tests.
  • Proficient in at least one major programming language such as Java or Python, and experienced with at least one scripting language.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems and implement corrective actions
  • Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, best practices and technological advancements in quality assurance

What we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
  • Candidates with experience as a Testing Team Leader, or those specialised in automation testing or performance testing, will be given priority.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
  • Proficient in data analysis and report writing, with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement

Working Hours and Culture:

  • Standard work week: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Current project schedule: Temporarily 6 working days/week (Monday–Saturday) with Saturday WFH during high-demand projects.
  • Overtime: Must be able to work overtime when required.
