**Kriteria Calon**:
- Komited bekerja sepenuh masa dan mempunyai komitmen masa yang fleksibel
- **Berdisiplin, kemas & mesra pelanggan**:
- **Pandai berkomunikasi dengan baik**:
- Mahir menggunakan komputer (terutamanya **Microsoft Word & Excel**)
- Boleh bertutur dalam **Bahasa Melayu & Inggeris**:
- Kemahiran tambahan dalam **Bahasa Arab** adalah satu kelebihan
**Tanggungjawab**:
- Mengurus kutipan yuran dan dokumentasi pembayaran secara sistematik (online & fizikal).
- Menyusun dan mengemaskini **database pelanggan** mengikut kategori (lokasi, produk, kelas dsb.).
- Menjalankan **khidmat pelanggan (CRM)**: menjawab pertanyaan & beri maklumat produk/servis.
- Menyediakan **laporan transaksi dan pentadbiran** untuk rujukan pihak pengurusan.
- Bekerjasama dengan jabatan lain dalam operasi harian, logistik dan pemasaran.
- Menyertai aktiviti syarikat termasuk **latihan, penilaian prestasi dan tugasan khas**.
