Sales Support Administrator

**Job Summary**:The Sales Support Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing sales data, preparing sales quotation, coordinating with sales engineers, and assisting with various administrative tasks
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative support**
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks such as handle inquiries
**2. Sales Coordination & Customer Relations**
- Coordinate and manage sales activities, including tracking customer orders and delivery schedules
- Prepare quotation
- Handle customers incoming order and processing it
- Serve as main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues on a timely basis
- Assist in managing customers account and maintaining a positive relationship
**3. Purchasing & Receiving**
- Prepare and process purchase orders based on request, stock needs or sales requirement
- Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and pricing
- Coordinate with the warehouse/ logistic team to ensure timely stock-in and stock-out movement
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing and receiving transactions
**4. Coordination and Communication**
- Liaise with other Vendors and departments (i.e Finance, procurement, Logistics etc.) to ensure seamless sales operations
**5. General Office Duties**
- To perform general office duties, including, Filing, Photocopying, and Ordering of office supplies
- Ensure the office environment is organised and professional
**6. Additional ad-hoc as assigned**
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Good communication skills, and is able to read and write in both English and Bahasa Melayu is required for this position
- 1-3 years of administrative or clerical experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiar with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Positive attitude and team player
- Reliable and punctual
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
