1. Oversee the daily operations of a jewelry shop. ensuring all security measures are adhered to.

2. Train and supervise staff, ensuring they have product knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

3. Work to improve retail performance, set sales goals, and assist customers.

4. Manage inventory levels, including ordering new pieces, conducting regular stock checks, and organizing the repair or return of damaged goods.

5. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including social media promotion and in-store events.

6. Set sales targets and motivate staff to meet or exceed these goals through effective sales techniques and customer engagement.

7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

8. Maintain the store’s visual merchandising to ensure displays are attractive and effectively showcase the jewelry.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
