The Production Supervisor assist the Production Manager in production operations, ensuring production work smoothly an meet the deadlines for deliveries. Policies and procedure are followed, lead continuous processes improvement, maximize operational control, safety, quality and productivity

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1) Production planning and coordinate with purchasing for stock purchase
2) Consult with Inventory department for PO's received before progress of production
3) Maintain customer's design, artwork and dimension in good
4) Investigation of customer complaint and liaise to ISO coordinator for feedback
5) To ensure housekeeping is well maintained
6) Training & briefing to all new operators
7) Verify on the first bag inspection
8) Design sample bag to customers
9) Stock requisition for production used
10) Supervised the workers and monitor the worker performance
11) In line inspection for jumbo bag production
12) Issues job order to production after receive the sales order from sales department
13) Any other duties assigned by immediate superior

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1) SPM, Diploma of Engineering, Manufacturing or related field
2) minimum three (3) year experience in the manufacturing industry
3) One (1) year of supervisory experience
4) Working knowledge in process improvement
5) Working knowledge with quality system
6) Good communication & leadership skills
7) Computer literature
