**Job Summary**
Accounting Executive focuses on accurately upkeep records, transactions and being involved in producing financial statements timely. The incumbent is required to assist/support in auditing and review of financial policies.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
- Prepare company financial statements such as balance sheets, P&L statements, cash flow statements, and other relevant documents in a timely manner.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Update internal systems with financial data.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Participate in financial audits.
- Track bank deposits and payments.
- Assist with budget preparation.
- Review and implement financial policies.
**Qualifications and Job Requirements**
- 1 - 2 years experience in audit, finance and accounting, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
