**About Little Kickers**:
Little Kickers is a fun and dynamic program designed to introduce children to football while helping them develop essential skills such as teamwork, confidence, and coordination. Our mission is to create a positive and enjoyable environment for children, fostering a love for sports at a young age.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a **Marketing Cum Coach**. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for promoting and marketing the Little Kickers program while also leading engaging and energetic football sessions for young children. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with kids and has a creative flair for marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Little Kickers programs, events, and offers.
- Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content to attract new clients and keep current customers informed.
- Assist in creating flyers, posters, and other promotional materials.
- Conduct outreach to local schools, community centers, and businesses to increase brand awareness.
- Track marketing efforts and analyze performance to make improvements.

**Coaching**:

- Lead football classes for children aged 18 months to 8 years, teaching basic football skills in a fun and engaging manner.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during classes.
- Monitor the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents.
- Prepare and maintain coaching equipment for each class.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching young children.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for marketing efforts.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible.
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus
- Possession of full driving license and own transport is essential
