**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling clients’ enquiries
- Conceptualizing, planning and executing all aspects of events
- Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements
- Preparing event proposals
- Developing budget for events and responsible for revenue generation
- Managing clients’ expectations on all aspects of arrangement in their events
- Keeping clients updated with WIP
- Proposing suitable event venues, conducting recces if necessary and securing them
- Negotiating and liaising with suppliers/ vendors
- Carrying out event administration works, such as timeline and checklist, to make sure all events are delivered timely
- Providing solutions to the problems arose during event/ pre-event planning
- Writing post-event reports/ evaluations in terms of qualitative, quantitative and pictorial

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Proficiency in event management software and tools
- Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices
- Experience in managing multiple events simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

**Requirements**:

- Must have own transport
- Responsible
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Able to work independently, mature in thinking, proactive and willing to take challenges

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
