We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Executive to lead the project management of training workshops, team-building activities, events, and conferences. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of these initiatives both on-site and off-site. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Management**: Lead the project management of training workshops, team-building activities, events, and conferences, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.

2. **Proposal Development**: Prepare comprehensive event proposals that align with clients' requirements for internal review.

3. **Materials Production**: Assist in the production of all necessary internal and external materials, including training manuals.

4. **Resource Management**: Manage client, vendor, trainer, and other resources to ensure successful events.

5. **Venue and Logistics Coordination**: Source suitable event venues, hotels, and transportation logistics to meet the specific needs of each event.

6. **Travel and Accommodation Arrangements**: Arrange hotel bookings, travel plans, and accommodations for event participants and attendees.

7. **Marketing Support**: Support the administration of marketing initiatives related to the events and workshops.

8. **Facilitation**: Act as a facilitator during events to ensure a successful and engaging experience for participants.

9. **Client Interaction**: Attend clients' meetings as necessary to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Admin, or any related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and project management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office software and familiar with Office
- 365.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure
- environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Based in Kuala Lumpur.
- MUST have own transport.
