**Position Overview**:
The warehouse supervisor is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the store or warehouse, ensuring proper handling, storage, and issuance of goods, materials, and supplies. They play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely replenishment, and ensuring compliance with safety and organizational standards.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Outbound Order**:_
- _Prepare and ensure accuracy and timely for each order delivery._
- **Inventory Management**:_
- _Maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions._
- _Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies._
- **Receiving Goods**:_
- _Inspect incoming deliveries for quality and quantity against purchase orders._
- _Record and document all incoming and outgoing goods._
- _Ensure proper labelling and organization of received goods._
- **Storage and Organization**:_
- _Organize goods in a proper and easily accessible manner._
- _Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the storage area._
- _Implement proper handling and FIFO, FEFO practices to reduce disposal._
- **Record-Keeping**:_
- _Maintain detailed logs of inventory transactions._
- _Prepare periodic reports on stock levels and movement._
- _Update inventory management reports or manual logs._
- **Safety and Compliance**:_
- _Ensure adherence to safety standards in storage and handling._
- _Follow company policies and procedures for inventory management._
- _Conduct routine checks to identify and address risks or hazards._
- _Tasks assign from superior._
- **Job Requirements**:_
- _**Education and Experience**:_
- _Preferable with study in Business Admin, Operation or a related field._
- _Preferable with 1-2 years of experience in the similar role._
- **Personal Attributes**:_
- _Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn._
- _Honest and hardworking._
- Flexible & willing to work on shift rotation if necessary. _

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
