**Location**: Jalan Hang Jebat, Kuala Lumpur

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with clients on-site to build the 3D models, 2D shop drawings, as-built drawings, clash detection analysis, technical tabulation and site coordination for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services.
- Work with engineering support staff to develop control system drawings, equipment schedules, floor plans and graphics.
- Review scope of work, contract drawings and specifications to generate plans for installation of Building Automation System (BAS)/ Building Management System (BMS)/ HVAC/ ELV.
- Installation, Testing and Commissioning for BAS/ BMS/ HVAC/ ELV System, ensuring system performance at optimum level.
- On-site system modification as and when required as per specification.
- Perform calculation of loads and performance criteria for air conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and engineers on project coordination for M&E services.
- Preparation of M&E design report, work method statement and material submission to client & checker consultants.
- Coaching drafters on the use of Revit MEP.
- Ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **AutoDesk Revit**.
- Proficiency in BIM Authoring and Analysis tools like AutoCAD MEP or Revit MEP is preferred
- Experience in managing BIM detailing work from Pre-construction through Construction phases of commercial construction is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
