Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (8am - 5:15pm), Friday (8am - 6:15pm)

**Job Description:

**Liaison with district government for Health Safety & Environmental issue**
- Maintain awareness of state safety regulations and corporate policies and procedures regarding safety & industrial health.
- Participates in various committees such as hazards materials, housekeeping and new construction.
- Coordinates plant security and/ or fire prevention matters with the state & local agencies.

**Health & Safety**
- Maintains safety in accordance to company H&S Core Elements and good housekeeping standards.

**Environment**
- Ensure that Global Automotive Systems Environmental Management Systems is established, implemented, and maintained.
- Environment Management Representative for company Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

**Security**
- Administers corporate security and/ or fire prevention matters.
- Analysis security condition of the plant and develops recommendations.
- Conducts plant security inspections and advises management on security related matters.
- Trains and develops security personnel of security contractor.

**Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management Representative**
- Ensure that the Environment Management System meets the requirements of ISO 14001.
- Ensure that the Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS) meets the requirements of ISO 45001.
- Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the business system.
- Implement measures of continuous review and improvement of the EOS.
- Implement documentation control requirements.
- Provide training and development needs in relation to understanding of the company.
- Develops and implements programs to reduce job related injuries and investigates accident and/ or injuries.
- Analysis safety statistics and develops recommendations.
- Conducts plant safety and housekeeping inspections.
- Advises management on safety related matters and administers housekeeping contractors.
- Trains, develops and evaluates employees on safety related matters.

**Requirements:

- **
- Diploma / Degree in any Engineering field.
- DOSH Certified Safety & Health Officer.
- At least 5 years working experience as Safety Officer in Manufacturing company.
- Certified Environmental Professional In Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM) added as advantage.

**Salary**: Up to RM5,500.00 per month
