**Who We Are Looking For**

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the USANA’s product development team as a health and science education specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for providing professional training on various health topics, addressing health and science-related inquiries, and contributing to the development of educational content. This role involves supporting associates, customers, and internal staff through training sessions.

**What You Will Do as USANA’s Health and Science Education Specialist**
- Develop, conduct, and plan health training for associates and customers to enhance their knowledge of USANA and its scientific foundation.
- Generate localized scientific articles for sharing on social media platforms.
- Stay updated on current market trends, competitor analysis, and government updates.
- Conduct daily searches of newspapers, magazines, journals, and websites for health and science-related news.
- Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams on the scope of training and create value-added training content.
- Assist the marketing and sales team as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.

**Background and Skills You Will Need**
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese as needed to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
- Experience in public speaking or training is essential
- Proficient in reviewing scientific articles and resourceful in finding supporting content
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint
- Pleasant, outgoing, and possessing strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Must be detail-oriented, have good organizational skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment
- Able to accommodate US Mountain working hours for meetings and conferences
