In House Sales Support Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face. To respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries. To provide pricing and delivery information and perform customer verifications.
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes. To direct requests and unresolved issues to superior
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints by customer.
- Prepare and submit operation & sales enquiry report Share in Share Point To provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Counter check & Confirm customer order dairy.
- Issue sales order, delivery order, invoice and outbound advice in LN System
- Monitor & filling all document (DO, OA, INV, GRF, CN, DN, OM) in accurate and completed.
- Assist in warehouse for operation activities during store assistant is off from duty
- Monitor and follow up incoming vessel or shipment status for all products for Local & outstations.
- Assist / compile all reports to SharePoint.
- Assist check and confirm incoming material is in good condition / accurate. To maintain the office and displays clean all times
- Assist / proceed branches EP Order for all products.
**Qualifications**
Education Background: Minimum SPM Level
Experience: 2-3 years working experience as front liner service, retailer or tele marketing
Skills: Active in listening, Adaptability, Attentiveness, Conflict resolution, Creativity, Decision
- making, Dependability, Effective communication skills, Independence, Friendly.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
