We’re looking for a **Customer Service E- Commerce**to join our growing and energetic team This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in a supportive environment

**Your responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp
- Follow up with customers to build strong relationships
- Provide accurate information on our products and services to help customers make confident buying decisions
- Work closely with the team to improve customer satisfaction
- Support other tasks as assigned by team leader

**Requirements**:

- **Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply**:

- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
