**What’s the role?**
- Develop comprehensive and future proof logistics roadmap for Shell Asia Pacific Lubricant Supply Chain, including digital, sustainability and operational excellence agenda
- Drive digitalization and transformation initiatives developed in-line with the logistics road map
- Optimize and define country and regional logistics network strategy to maximize commercial value and minimize carbon footprint
- Deep dive analysis and continuous improvement of logistics processes and standard work
- Enhancement and implementation of new logistics technology-based solutions, e.g., last mile visibility, logistics control tower, sign-on glasses, warehouse automation etc.
- Project implementations lead of new digital tools and sustainability initiatives
- Interface for global, regional, and country logistics communities to facilitate good practice replication and transformation activities

**What we need from you?**

As Logistic Transformation Manager,you willpartner with business stakeholders to build truly integrated, collaborative, and competitive supply chains for Lubricants.
- Master´s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management
- At least 10 years work experience in a global/regional Logistics role with strategic leadership
- Experience in leading global/regional projects with highly complex stakeholder management
- Experience working in MNC of FMCG, or logistics services or E commerce is an advantage.
- Strong passion in digital and sustainability trends in Supply Chain
- With strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 20%
