**Responsibilities**
- Check guests in and out of their rooms
- Verify guests’ payment methods during check-in
- Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area
- Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out
- Ensure general cleanliness of specified areas
- Other ad-hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required in this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word will be an advantage.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to perform multi-tasking with minimum supervision able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up skills & problem-solving abilities.
- Required language(s): English and Malay
- Preferred language(s): Mandarin and Cantonese
- Availability immediately is preferable

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
