Site Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the project manager in planning the project.
2. To supervise and monitor site worker efficiency and productivity of progress on site.
3. To arrange regular meetings with the workers or sub-contractor to match targeted schedule and resolve site matters.
4. Supervise construction projects to make sure they meet technical specifications.
5. Ensure that construction projects are completed within planned cost and time.
6. Convey information about the progress of the project and performance of the contractors to the manager.
7. Assist the project manager in the procurement of certain materials.
8. Educate site workers on safety procedures to be adopted at the site and make sure that they adhere strictly to safety standards.
9. Report accidents that occur at the construction site to the project manager.
10. Administer or make sure that first aid is administered to any injured construction worker.
11. Ensure the smooth day to day operation of work activities at the construction site. Maintain good relationship with site workers, contractors, and suppliers.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be able to read building plan and site drawing
- Must posses own transport and willing to be based at assigned Project location within Kuantan
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
