**Job Descriptions**:

- Provide legal advice and guidance to management and other departments on various legal issues including contracts, compliance, and risk management.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they are legally sound and protect the company’s interests.
- Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including corporate governance, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and mitigate legal risks.
- Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and execution of contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Monitor and manage contract performance and address any issues or disputes that arise.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation, including working with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that could impact the company.
- Provide recommendations based on legal research to inform decision-making processes.
- Identify and assess legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Implement and oversee risk management policies and procedures.
- Supervise and manage the legal team, including providing guidance and training to junior legal staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on legal matters, compliance issues, and risk management to senior management and the board of directors.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
