We are currently assisting our client — a well-established preschool and early childhood education centre based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor — in hiring a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Executive.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing educational organization that emphasizes both staff and student development.

**Job Details**

Position: Human Resource Executive

**Salary**: RM2,500 - RM3,000
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: No. 209-1, Jalan LP7/2, Taman Lestari Perdana, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor

We are seeking a Human Resource Executive to manage and oversee all HR-related matters within the organization.
This position requires a proactive and empathetic individual who can balance professionalism with the nurturing values of an educational environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
2) Develop and monitor individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both academic and non-academic staff, ensuring regular and fair performance evaluations aligned with company goals.

3) Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficient and compliant HR operations.

4) Formulate and implement HR-related policies such as attendance, leave, work ethics, and disciplinary actions — considering the sensitivities of a child-centered work environment.

5) Coordinate staff training and development programs, including onboarding for new hires and continuous professional growth for preschool educators and administrative staff.

7) Handle staff disciplinary issues and grievances professionally in accordance with SOPs, fostering a positive and respectful workplace culture.

8) Support monthly payroll and claims processes by ensuring accurate attendance and leave tracking for timely salary disbursements.

9) Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure effective internal communication and workplace harmony.

10) Ensure compliance with labor laws and relevant education regulations, including those from the Ministry of Education Malaysia and other regulatory bodies.

11) Participate in kindergarten activities and events to support operational and community engagement efforts.

**Requirements**:
1) Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2) Minimum 1 years of experience in HR functions, preferably in an educational or child-centered organization.

3) Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
