**Responsibilities**:

- Plan & coordinate production operations in accordance with material, labor, and equipment availability.
- Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.
- Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules.
- Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.
- Recommending viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.
- Analyze short term constraints establishing recommendations for resolution.
- Supervise production activities to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
- Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
- Cultivate and manage effective communications and working relationships cross-functionally.
- Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
- Support and assist top level management by providing critical commercial advices for decision makings.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel is required.
- High sense of urgency and agility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
