Operations Manager

**Clinic Operations Oversight**:
- Ensure day-to-day operations of all clinics run efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor KPIs, service delivery, and patient experience across all sites.
- Manage resource planning including manpower, inventory, equipment, and facilities.
- **Corporate Health & Wellness Coordination**:
- Oversee planning and delivery of wellness screenings, workplace health talks, and occupational health programs.
- **Client & Stakeholder Management**:
- Serve as the liaison between management, clinic staff, corporate clients, and vendors.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and timely reporting to corporate partners and panel companies.
- **Operational Compliance & Quality Control**:
- Implement SOPs across clinics and services to ensure consistent quality and safety.
- Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) and DOSH regulations, particularly in occupational health practices.
- **Team Leadership & Performance Management**:
- Lead, coach, and develop clinic support staff, administrative teams, and coordinators.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and assist in recruitment and training.
- **Reporting & Administration**:
- Maintain accurate documentation and generate performance, financial, and operational reports as required.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes.
**Marketing & Social Media Management**
Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote clinic services, wellness programs, and events.
- Manage and grow the company’s digital presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Oversee the creation of health-related content including posts, reels, stories, and event highlights.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
