Supply Chain and Logistic Executve

**1.Homologation & Vehicle Type Approval**
- Planning, preparing, handling & managing homologation process of the launch & registration related purposes (new models)
- Responsible & ensure for the homologation comply with regulations related to all imported models
- Work with external agencies and government regulatory authorities to ensure regulation of bikes importation fit & comply for the market. (JPJ, SIRIM, DOE, JKDM, MASAAM & MAA)
- Review & preparing VTA Application for new vehicle in Malaysia which need to submit to DOE & JPJ for approval
- Prepare test report conversion from WVTA (EU) to UNECE (UN) to technical service (IDIADA)
- Engage with JPJ & aftersales team for VTA inspection & PDI for vehicles preparation
- To solve problem encounter during register of vehicles due to VTA / E-Daftar (MySikap) problems
- Monitor all VTA certificates for existing car model whether still comply with Regulations set by the government.

**2. Import processing**
- Receive all the shipping documents; invoices/packing list/form D/Bill of lading with details from principals.
- Do the Dealer allocation to assign all the vehicles to the authorized dealer
- Monitor and update incoming container/ cargo

**3. Exporting Processing (Sabah & Sarawak - East Malaysia)**
- Prepare all the shipping documents to appointed agent - receipt, Custom K1 and JK69(AP)
- Invoice to East Malaysia dealers

**4. JK69/AP Application process - MITI**
- Receive invoices/packing list/form D/Bill of lading with details from principals.
- Dealer allocation data as a reference to ensure there are no discrepancies at all.
- Update all the details with full requirement in shipping summary year record.
- After clearance and vehicle has been delivered to the dealers, update in “Laporan Import” for MITI for the rest of incoming shipment by monthly basis.

**5. Docket Application & Duty request**
- E-mail shipping documents to forwarding in advance to smoothen duty clearance process
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of information in accordance with customs regulations
- Manage the preparation and submission of duty requests to finance & forwarding team for duty clearance

**6. Invoicing process - CADB to dealers**
- Perform invoicing functions by generating accurate of billings and timely invoices
- Receive all the details from accounts dept (complete with dealer allocation details, date and price)
- Issuing a sales Invoice for all the units sold for that particular of month into the system
- Once signed by HOD, scan the documents and original documents submit to account department.

**7. Issuing Purchase Order (PO) process and payment requisition (PRF)**
- Manage all related incoming Purchase orders, prepare and update various ordering issues
- Issuing a Purchase Order for Incoming stock, payment requisition to suppliers and credit notes.

**8. Dealers Allocation and Vehicles Delivery to Dealers**
- Monitor and confirm vehicles delivery with Head of Department
- Monitor and confirm dealer payment receive with Finance
- Arrange for delivery and come out with listing delivery details
- Segregate all the K1 document by dealers, based on listing by brands PIC
- Update list by PFI no and categorize all the bikes by dealer (One drive)

**9. Daily operation matters**
- Receive invoices from forwarding agent. Check and confirm all the charges. Ensure there is no have any discrepancies or double charges
- Put the details of data in Cost Optimization Work Record
- Sorting shipping documentation
- All the shipping documents collected from agent after custom clearances and vehicles delivered to stockyard
- Sort out K1 documents (custom form, custom receipt and JK69) to make it 3 copies (Supply & Logistic dept, Acct dept) and the original submit to dealers
- Send documents (JK69 and Kastam K1 ) to the dealers
- Proper filing for all documents
- To assist solve any problem encounter during register of bikes (Edaftar/Mysikap, JK69/AP, E-Kastam (SMK) problems
- To assist and manage the process of all dealer’s orders, to communicate and respond to dealers for all inquiries.
- To assist in the department admin and other operational matters
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the head of department or any other matters as instructed from time to time.

**10. Dealer Network**
- Liaison for CI matters between CADB and DFM

**11. Government Liaison (PR)**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, including JPJ, Kastam, SIRIM, DOE, MBPJ, IDIADA, MASAAM, and MAA
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government entities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Keep updated with industry regulations and government policies that may impact the automotive sector
- Provide timely updates to both Principal & Head of Brands on regulatory changes and ensure regulation & compliance with Homologation processes
