**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Applicant must be Malaysian
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree related to Safety & Quality or any
- Have at least 2 or 3 year(s) experience in related field
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Proactive & multitasking capabilities and ability to work independently

**Responsibility & Duties**:

- Assist in ensuring the relevant Quality Programs i.e: audit, surveillance and Quality Meetings are planned, conducted, followed up and closed accordingly in accordance with Quality Program covers all departments areas and comply with authority and other regulatory bodies;
- Assist in monitoring and reviewing the changes of regulatory requirements, standards and acceptable means of compliance and also monitor the implementation in Batik Air
- Assist in monitoring the performance of the Quality Program in Batik Air.
- Assist to communicate and coordinate the information to the management and non-management operational personnel on the management of operational risks and regulatory updates
- Ensure all operational activities are conducted in accordance with authority, within the scope of the AOC and the restriction depicted in the OPS SPEC; Updating database of all Quality Program
- Assist to plan, monitor, supervise, review and execute the Quality Programs
- Conduct, follow-up, update audit program and closed findings as per procedures and requirements.
- Prepare, produce, analyzes data and submits the Quality Report (including the Audit report) as per procedures and required by QM.
- Assist to monitor and ensure a proper closure of the audit’s findings and the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive action taken by the respective departments.
- Monitor the performance of the Quality Program and also ensure the compliance to the regulatory requirements in Batik Air.
- Assists on day-to-day administrative work within Quality Team including updating the section, audit and regulatory database.
- Assist to monitor, update and communicate any changes of regulatory requirements, standards and acceptable means of compliance and operational risks to the management of Batik Air as and when required.
- Coordinates with Department’s associate auditor (s) on Quality program implementation.
- Plan, coordinate and conduct safety and quality training as and when required
- Attend meetings as and when required.
- Any other task assigned by Quality Manager.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
