**Overview**:
Our client is a leading FX & CFDs Retail firm offering a diverse range of electronically traded products to clients worldwide since 2007.

We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and creative **Marketing Specialist** to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur.

**What will you do**:

- ** Strategic Marketing**:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and foster customer engagement.
- ** Market Research**:Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and new market potentials.
- ** Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overarching business goals.
- ** Performance Analysis**:Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.
- ** Budget Management**:Oversee the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- ** Innovation**:Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain innovative and competitive marketing strategies.
- ** Event Coordination**:Manage merchandise procurement and coordinate exhibition production for the Kuala Lumpur office.
- ** Localization**:Translate corporate posts into **Bahasa Malaysia** and/or **Bahasa Indonesia**, ensuring impactful communication across diverse markets.
- ** Influencer Engagement**:Strategically identify and negotiate partnerships with influencers in Malaysia and Indonesia. Assess their audience quality and build relationships for potential collaborations.

**Who are we looking for**:

- ** Languages**:

- Native proficiency in **Bahasa Melayu** and/or **Bahasa Indonesia**.
- Strong command of English.
- Proficiency in an additional language such as **Hindi**, **Vietnamese**, **Chinese**, or another Southeast Asian language is a plus.
- ** Marketing Expertise**:

- At least 5** years of experience** in marketing and social media, with a focus on the Malaysian and/or Indonesian markets.
- Proven ability to create and execute content strategies and plans.
- Demonstrated skill in developing scripts and texts (both short
- and long-form).
- Hands-on experience in producing videos for social media.
