Responsibilities: - Overseen few region - Direct and supervise Executive, Supervisor, promoter in sales and taking inventory. - Handle/ manage all sales tasks for located Region. - Developing sales strategies to achieve sales target. - Building and maintaining a CRM database. - Researching prospects and generating leads. - Handling customer questions, inquiries and complains. - Prepare monthly sales reports and submit inventory order. - Collaborate to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Job Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field may be preferred. - Minimum years’ experience in the related field. - Able to travel around the KL/ Selangor area. - Ability to work independently and within a team environment. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with the sales team and other departments. - Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop effective strategies. - Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts within the team. - Knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and industry regulations.
