**ob Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Handle customer requests, process orders, and manage returns and exchanges.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service standards are met.
- Contribute to team goals and objectives by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
- High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
