**The department**:
We are expanding and strengthen our business and are looking for a Area Sales Manager -Well Completion to support and lead our sales team in APAC. The position will cover the APAC regions.

**The position**:
The position offers challenges in a busy environment and is based onshore at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and there will be considerable travel within Asia.

**As Area Sales Manager - Well Completion, you will be expected to**:

- Lead a highly motivated and strong sales team in several APAC countries in terms of sales lead generation and related sales processes
- Develop and execute the short and long term area sales strategy to grow the market and sales in APAC, responsible to develop strategic plan for each Sales and Account managers reporting to yourself and deliveries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market, including expansion into new customer segments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing, to ensure successful delivery of products and services to clients
- Provide technical support and expertise to clients, including conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and product development efforts
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Experience in leading a cross-countries sales team and good understanding of APAC completion businesses
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
Strong technical acumen and understanding of completion technologies, including wellbore isolation
- Zonal isolation, liner hanger and flow control systems, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel frequently to client sites, and present at industry events, and conferences as needed
