**Recruitment Executive**
**HQ**, **Perak** - Manjung

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle recruitment drives by assisting in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract talents.
- Handle recruitment, prescreen, salary proposal and hiring of talents.
- Communicate to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals
- Research into competitors and marketplace
- Define job description and document specifications
- Manage and conduct interview session
- Follow-up references and check credits
- Research and develop recruiting leads
- Able to use recruitment web/system in various channel

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, organized, practice high level of confidentiality within the department and demonstrating an ability to work with confidential information
- Must be self-driven, pro-active and possess motivation skill
- Possess own transport and willing to travel whenever required
- Proficient in English & Malay for both written and spoken
- Integrity and confidentiality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
