To be abreast with Advisory Family Takaful plans and promote them to BMMB customers. Drives personal advisory Takaful production and formulate action plan to achieve personal production target. Builds and fosters long term and profitable relationship with BMMB customers and potential customers by providing excellent and professional customer service. Refers potential customers who may be keen in BMMB’s other product/services to relevant parties and ensure optimal achievement of set targets. Provides advice on financial planning and perform other service functions (i.e carry out sales visits, prospecting and early engagements to generate leads) Act as Takaful’s single point of contact and cultivate excellent relationships of all parties. Performs Know your customer (KYC) / Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for financial and non financial transactions Ensures high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standard set by the BMMB and STMKB.
Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Berhad (131646-K), in short Takaful Malaysia or the Company began in 1981 when the Government of Malaysia set up a task force to study the feasibility of establishing an Islamic insurance company in Malaysia. That led to the incorporation of Takaful Malaysia on 29 November 1984 followed by the commencement of operations on 22 July 1985. After slightly more than a decade of operations, the Company was converted into a public limited company on 19 October 1995, followed by its listing on the Main Board (now known as 'Main Market') of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 30 July 1996.
