Admin Assistant Receptionist

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
- Oversee general office operations, including front desk, office supplies, equipment, and maintenance managements.
- Assist in compliance with construction-related licenses and permits, including SPAN, CIDB, SCORE, SPKK, ISO standards and etc.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for all HR & Admin related licenses and documentation.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proven experience in HR and administration roles
- Proficiency in handling confidential documents and maintaining meticulous records.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
