**Requirements**
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, any field or equivalent.
- Additional certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology is a plus.
- Language required**:English **and **Bahasa Malaysia** (spoken & written). Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
- **Proven work experience as a Manager or similar role**, or 2-5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care) is a plus.
- Able to work at Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
- 6 working days, Monday - Friday, Saturday.

**Responsibility**
- Responsible for **overseeing daily outlet operations and supervising staff **including time attendance, etc.
- Provide leadership and direction to the outlet staff.
- Plan and monitor the sales to achieve sales target.
- Develop and implement outlet policies and procedures, in accordance with the organization's standards and regulations.
- Offer excellent professional skincare service to customers
- Hiring and training staff, as needed.
- To perform any other tasks as assigned by the Director or the Management from time to time.
