Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that business processes and subordinates are efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals. This role involves managing operational runner, admin sales and marketing.
- Plan, implement and monitor runner operation to achieve company goals
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes and outcomes
- Assign daily duties to ensure coverage of key operational functions while optimizing productivity
- Plan, implement and monitor sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales goals
- Monitor operational KPIs and report findings

**Qualification**
- Possess experience/involve in leadership roles (preferrably)
- Possess knowledge and experience in sales/marketing/operation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Possess minimum Diploma
