**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Mall Operations & Maintenance**:

- Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring all facilities function efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for cleaning, security, and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
- Address operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.

**Tenant & Customer Relations**:

- Act as the primary contact for tenant inquiries and resolve operational concerns.
- Ensure tenants comply with mall regulations and lease agreements.
- Support leasing and marketing teams in tenant-related matters.

**Security & Safety Compliance**:

- Work closely with security teams to ensure a safe environment for visitors and tenants.
- Implement and oversee emergency response procedures and drills.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.

**Budget & Cost Control**:

- Assist in managing operational budgets and controlling expenses.
- Monitor utility consumption and suggest cost-saving initiatives.
- Support procurement of supplies and services for mall operations.

**Event & Facility Management**:

- Support event planning and execution within the mall premises.
- Ensure mall facilities are prepared and maintained for promotional activities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in mall operations, facility management, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, vendor management, and building maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software is a plus.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:
