As an operation manager, you will be in charge of providing leadership, mentoring, and overseeing the whole operation of Aeronerve Institute business operations, within the domain of lead generation, lead management, sales oversight, customer relations, training delivery, and overall operations. As well as the development and implementation of operational policies and SOP. You will also be managing the day-to-day operations of a company ensuring efficient processes, efficient client communications, optimal productivity, and high-quality service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and improve training centre operational strategies aligned with company goals and CEO directions.
- Analyze and improve business and operational processes for increased productivity, cost reduction and client’s satisfaction.
- Provide thorough communication to highly-potential clients and maintain healthy professional relationships for potential future opportunities and collaborations.
- Manage and steer special customized collaboration activities/projects/events and ensure smooth and successful delivery.
- Proactively being up to date with training and certification regulations, processes and requirements from MBOT, HRD, CIDB and CAAM (RPTO).
- Continuously seek solutions in improving training delivery quality and to improvise training product values such as obtaining/collaborating with other professional certification bodies in DroneTech and IR4.0 field.
- Identify, suggest and propose potential high-impact and potential projects/solutions to increase the company's revenue stream.
- Lead and manage operational teams to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct and lead weekly department meetings to monitor operations progress, solve incurred problems faced by team members, and ensure every operational task deliveries are within deadlines.
- Conduct performance evaluations, staff personnel KPIs and provide training for team development.
- Continuously evaluate work processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with other related regulations, policies, and safety standards.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating favorable agreements.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years experience in operations management or a related leadership position
- Minimum bachelor's degree in (Business, Drone, Robotics, IR4 and related fields)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
