**Position: Operations Assistant Manager**

**Location: Bandar Baru Bangi**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join us as an Operations Assistant Manager. You will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless daily operations and uphold customer satisfaction. Your role will encompass evaluating operational data, introducing innovative processes, and supervising a team to enhance operational efficiency. All of this will be conducted while upholding adherence to company policies and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to uphold standardized production and quality benchmarks for production team. Participate in accreditation processes for customer-service standards such as HACCP, ISO, FSMS, GMP, and SEDEX Audit.
- Lead the team in proactive risk identification, employing root cause analysis and preemptive measures to address potential issues.
- Supervise and guide the quality department's daily workflow, encompassing inspections of finished goods and packaging materials.
- Engage with various stakeholders throughout the manufacturing journey, including manufacturing teams and customers.
- Develop comprehensive tests and define acceptable result parameters to ensure the efficacy of quality testing throughout manufacturing.
- Demonstrate the ability to comprehend underlying issues, formulate effective solutions, and implement necessary changes to uphold standards.
- Employ statistical process control to analyze testing data.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes.
- Uphold safety protocols at all junctures within the quality operation.
- Foster team cohesion through coaching, mentorship, targeted training, and performance evaluations.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated work experience in Operations, preferably within a manufacturing or production context.
- Profound understanding of Operations processes and their integration with other business domains.
- Display strong leadership abilities and adept interpersonal skills, essential for cultivating a high-achieving team.
- Showcase exceptional problem-solving and analytical proficiencies to effectively identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Operations software.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Capacity to thrive under pressure within a dynamic work environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail paired with excellent organizational capabilities.
