Brighten Business Consulting Sdn Bhd is a digital marketing and manpower outsourcing service agency. Headquartered in Hong Kong, we have branches and team members in Malaysia, Taiwan, UK, and Australia. With over 10 years of experience in marketing, business strategy, and technological solutions, our primary aim is to deliver high-quality professional services to support global clients in their market expansion within Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region. Our Malaysia branch is established in 2018, with two well-appointed offices and approximately 80 employees; we focus in providing exceptional manpower outsourcing solutions to our clients in Hong Kong, leveraging our proficiency and knowledge of the local regulations.

**About Our Client**:
Our client - Thann was established in 2002 to manufacture and market natural skincare products under the THANN brand using Asian innovation, natural ingredients, and contemporary design. They are a range of natural hair and skincare products formulated from botanicals derived by combining the art of natural therapy with the modern dermatological science.

**Job Scope**:

- Respond to general inquiries from customers.
- Establish a good relationship with customers.
- Arrange phone reservation services for customers.
- Handle general document processing.
- Contact new and existing customers for promotion.
- Handle settlement and processing of daily sales receipts.

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM or above
- Good communication skills
- At least 2 years customer service experience
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Basic computer operation knowledge (knowledge of POS operation is preferred)
- Polite, enthusiastic, and proactive towards customer service
- Immediate availability will be given priority consideration.
- Rotational shift from 10am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday (alternate working on both weekend; weekend holidays will be replace on other day according to duty roster).

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
